Questions about registering, logging in, and managing your QQClub account

Registering a QQClub account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Visit Register page, enter your active Malaysian phone number, create a secure username and password, then fill in basic personal details such as your full name (as per your IC) and date of birth. Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Your account will be activated immediately upon successful registration. Registration is limited to one account per individual.

The minimum age to register and play at QQClub is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances. QQClub uses a multi-layered age verification system during registration and document verification during the first withdrawal to ensure compliance. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" button on the Log In. Enter the Malaysian phone number you registered with QQClub. The system will send a 6-digit OTP to that number within 2 minutes. Enter the OTP, then set your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers. Yes, you can change your registered phone number by contacting QQClub's support team via Live Chat. The process requires identity verification using the information you provided at original registration. Once verified, the new phone number will be updated within 1 business day. For security purposes, phone number changes are limited to once every 90 days.

No. QQClub only allows one account per individual. This includes one account per phone number, full name, IC number, and IP address. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of QQClub's Terms & Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed without any refund, including any remaining balances and bonuses.

To close your account, contact the QQClub support team via 24/7 Live Chat and submit your account closure request. Prior to closure, any real-money balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account within 5 business days. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. If you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, we strongly encourage you to consider Self-Exclusion instead.

Information such as your email address and notification preferences can be updated directly in Account Settings after logging in. However, to change key details such as your full name, date of birth, or IC number, you will need to contact customer support and provide supporting documents for verification. If you need to withdraw an amount that exceeds your daily limit, please contact your account manager or our customer support team.

QQClub withdrawals can be processed to a registered Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Bank Islam, and others) or to an eWallet such as Touch 'n Go or GrabPay. Important: the name on your bank account or eWallet MUST match the full name registered on your QQClub account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be rejected or delayed:

1. The balance you wish to withdraw includes bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements (rollover)
2. Bank account name does not match the name on your QQClub account
3. Identity document verification not yet completed (for first withdrawal)
4. Withdrawal attempt exceeds the daily limit
5. Account is currently under a security review

QQClub does not charge for your first withdrawal each day. Second and subsequent withdrawals on the same day may incur a small processing fee depending on the method chosen. Yes, withdrawal requests still showing a "Processing" status can be cancelled via Dashboard → Transaction History → Cancel. However, once a withdrawal has been approved and processed, it cannot be reversed. If you're having trouble cancelling via the dashboard, contact our customer support immediately before the funds are processed.

New QQClub players are eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to RM588 for your first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive an additional bonus based on the applicable percentage. The bonus is credited directly to your bonus balance within 5 minutes of your first deposit being successfully processed. The wagering (rollover) requirement is 20x the bonus amount for slots and 30x for Live Casino games.

The wagering or rollover requirement is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. The calculation formula is: Bonus Amount × Rollover Rate = Total Wagering Required.

Example: You receive a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover → RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be wagered.

Not directly. Your bonus balance must first meet the wagering requirements (rollover) before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.
